We conducted our 2025 H1 Review and 2025 H2 Planning Meeting under the themes of efficiency, lean transformation, and cost savings. Hosted with great courtesy by the Denizli Chamber of Industry, our meeting brought together 70 participants, including our Board of Directors, Group Managers, Department Heads, Engineers, Team Leaders, and Foremen.
In the meeting, we carried out a comprehensive situational analysis based on these three core pillars. With the lessons learned from the first half of 2025, we revised our action plans for the second half of the year in a concrete and practicable manner.
The excitement and shared drive for success that emerged—fueled by our collective focus on shaping effort, intelligence, and patience TOGETHER—made us proud. Strengthened by the valuable guidance of our Board, we are moving into the second half of the year with a “Think lean, act together, sustain with determination” mindset—stronger, more focused, and more resolute.
