In our production journey approaching a century, we work with a focus on questioning–learning–adapting–continuous improvement–value creation and stakeholder satisfaction, striving to make each new day better than the previous one. With a focus on Industry 4.0, we have initiated a digital transformation process prioritizing traceability and efficiency. In 2022, we were selected as Turkey’s Happiest Workplace (Happy Place to Work) in our sector. In addition, by obtaining the “Great Place to Work” certification, where an outstanding employee experience is evaluated globally, we succeeded in ranking among Turkey’s Best Workplaces in 2022–2023.

Sustainability Strategy
"Sustainable Development," which is a development model that can meet the needs of current generations without compromising the ability to meet the needs of future generations, entered the world agenda towards the end of the 20th century and became a global implementation plan through international agreements signed in the 1990s. This plan is a roadmap completed by 2030 with the goal of eliminating poverty, protecting our planet, and combating inequality and injustice.
