We were awarded the Great Place To Work and Happy Place To Work awards!

As a company that has made employee happiness and well-being a core part of its culture, we conduct employee satisfaction surveys every year. In 2022, we evaluated our employees’ satisfaction through two separate independent organizations. By exceeding the benchmark scores set by both institutions, we were honored with the Happy Place to Work Award in April 2022 and the Great Place to Work Award in September 2022.

In 2023, as a result of the research conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute, we earned the right to be listed among Turkey’s Best Employers and Aegean Region’s Best Employers. We were proud to celebrate these achievements together with our employees by attending the award ceremonies.
