We have continued our strategic planning process with PEST and SWOT analyses. Following our goals and priorities workshop, which involved participation from all departments, these analyses have helped shape the direction of our 2024-2026 Askon Sustainability Strategy (AS-tra: Askon Sustainability Strategy – Team, Resilience, Agility).

Now, it’s time to define our OKRs through collective wisdom once again!
