We were guests at Pamukkale University's Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations for the "Labor Market Practices in Turkey" course.

In this special session, where our Chairman of the Board, Mr. İ. Okan Konyalıoğlu, shared his entrepreneurial journey and experiences in the business world, our Deputy General Manager, Mr. Murat Özdemir, and our Human Resources Chief, Ms. Destina Aysima Karalp, also shared information and experiences with the students on the dynamics of business life and the expectations of professional life.

Through a job interview simulation conducted during the event, students had the opportunity to communicate one-on-one and gain a realistic experience of working life.

As Askon Demir, we were very pleased to meet with the young people and share our experiences.
