X120Mn12 steels, with their high-quality material structure (High Manganese, Manganese Steel, High impact resistant high-manganese steel, High manganese plate, Non-magnetic abrasion resistant steel, High impact strength, Abrasion resistance), provide high wear resistance and superior performance in working environments, delivering higher efficiency compared to other wear plates.

During operation, X120Mn12 steels are exposed to wear caused by friction, impact, and pressure, and therefore reach a hardness level up to three times higher than their initial hardness (500–550 HB). It is an austenitic steel with high wear resistance and toughness values. It is suitable for welding.

Areas of use;

Stone–gravel–sand crushing plants, machine parts, inner liners of sandblasting machines, steel safes, mining flow lines, piping systems, and in crusher and grinder manufacturing, X120Mn12 (X120Mn13 / DIN 1.3401) is used.

With the machinery available in our facility, we are able to perform operations such as countersinking, tapping, bending, chamfering, etc. on X120Mn12 wear plates.
