HRP Sheet
General Information:
Hot-rolled pickled (HRP) sheets are used in the automotive spare parts industry and the production of kitchen equipment. However, due to the scale on the surface, hot-rolled sheets are not always suitable for every use.
Areas of Application:
• These qualities, which are hot-rolled, pickled, and oiled, are particularly used for shaping processes such as bending, drawing, and deep drawing. These products can be used in applications that do not require precise surface quality but require strength, rigidity, and paintability. Acid-cleaned sheets are especially used in the machinery manufacturing sector and automotive ancillary industry. Acid cleaning the sheet surface is easier and more economical compared to post-manufacturing processes, so manufacturers prefer acid-cleaned materials.
• High-strength steels suitable for cold forming can be used in applications that require high strength, impact resistance, fatigue strength, and formability.
• Additionally, they are successfully used in the production of LPG cylinders and pipe-profile manufacturing.
• Structural steels, which can generally be used in construction sector applications, are preferred for their high strength, formability, and weldability. Some areas of application include structural profiles, roof coverings, and painted sheet applications.

CNC Cutting
